Cartridge filters for dust collectors, made to order.

The table below shows the range we manufacture. If your dimensions fall inside it, we can build your cartridge. If they fall just outside it, ask us anyway.

What we manufacture

A cartridge filter is the filtering element of a dust collector. It consists of a pleated filter medium, a top flange, a bottom flange and a core. What changes between types is the mounting: how the cartridge is held in the collector and how it seals against it.

Three things are yours to choose: the mounting type, the dimensions and the filter medium. The filter medium is supplied to your specification, from our filter media list. The medium list and the filtration area are the same for every type we make.

How to measure your cartridge

Take three measurements and one photograph. All dimensions in millimetres.

OD Outer diameter, measured across the top flange.
ID Inner diameter, measured across the opening in the flange.
H Overall height, flange to flange, including both flanges.

Then photograph the nameplate, if the cartridge still has one. If it does not, photograph the mounting: the way the cartridge is held in the collector tells us the type.
